Booking process
Our model of care provides a highly accessible service. Our GP’s have a regular visiting schedule to their assigned Residential Aged Care Facilities and Independent Living Centres. Appointments are mainly requested by the patient’s GP and facility nurses. Family members are always welcome to call our friendly administration team on 1300 739 199 between the hours of 8am and 5pm weekdays to request an appointment for a patient.
Emergencies.
In all emergency situation where we do not have a GP onsite we will advise the nursing staff to phone a locum or to seek hospital treatment. Our administration team will alert the patient’s primary GP immediately and then ensure the patient is booked in for a follow up appointment.
Please phone our administration team on 1300 739 199 to enquire about GP availability.
Our practice uses the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National). This service is organised by the Department of Home Affairs to provide interpreting services for people who do not speak English. Our administration team book an interpreter when required. This service is free for all Medicare card holders. For more information about this service please visit https://www.tisnational.gov.au/.
We value your feedback and will endeavour to resolve any complaints directly.

These reviews are carried out by another qualified doctor on a small number of randomly selected records. If you do not wish for your notes to be reviewed, please let our administration staff know and these will not be included in any quality control audit.
